So darn hot

Friday, we had some bad storms blow through Cincinnati.  We lost our power at work and at home.  I was starting to worry about my stock pile of breast milk.  Thankfully, the electricity turned back on in the middle of the night.  Inspecting the house today, I noticed some of the siding is lifted and it looks like maybe some shingles on the roof.  Hope it doesn't cost too much to fix.  Because it is so hot, we played in Liz's pool today.  Hope everyone is safe and staying cool.

Crawling from here to there

Liz started to crawl one day before she turned nine months - June 4th 2012.  It is amazing to see how those first tentive moves have transformed.  She crawls everywhere and is getting faster by the day.  Liz is now pulling herself up on whatever is near by - coffee table, chair, Mom, Dad.  And is standing up pushing a box around the living room.

I'm going to get you

Swim Time

We visited Nashville a couple of weekends ago and took Liz for her first swim.

It's been awhile

Greetings
It has been awhile since I posted anything to Liz's blog.  Time flies by when you are having so much fun.  I have been looking through pictures and found these that I thought I would share - some old, some new.  Hopefully I haven't posted some of these in the past.

Five Generations

A couple of weekends ago we traveled to Indiana to introduce Liz to her Great-Great Grandmother.  Liz and Great Great Grandma are 100 years and 3 days apart in age.  Pretty cool to see them together.
