We spent Memorial Day painting Elizabeth's room Fragrant Lilac.  It's beginning to look like a little girls room.

The Princess's New Carriage

Yesterday, we set out to find a new used car for Andrew.  We did some research and Andrew had a list of vehicles we wanted to test drive, so off to the Auto Mall we went.  The first stop was a Ford dealership.  There we test drove an Explorer.  It was a very nice SUV but Andrew's head touched the roof.  So off the Mazda dealership.  The Mazda CX9 was at the top of Andrew's list and I had seen one online that I thought he would like.  Ed, the salesman, showed us a new CX9 then took us to the used section.  I spotted the blue one right away.  It had all the features we wanted - navigation system, hitch, leather, backup camera, moon roof, and lots of room.  We were impressed right away.  Andrew was ready to make a deal after the test drive.  Surprisingly, we got $1500 trade-in for the Pathfinder.  And 3 hours later, our princess has a new carriage.
